INTENTIONAL ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

As a youth female athlete, you have the skills on the court, but now you need to further your athletic development off the court. An interactive 12 week program centred around developing your athletic mind, body, & soul through sport performance small group sessions. Look forward to flexible class scheduling and a wide variety of available athletic related workshops.

Summer Season runs from May 13th to August 22nd.

(Mid-season break from July 10-18)

$485 + GST
12 S&C SESSIONS

Access to UNLIMITED workshops including:

  • yoga
  • kickboxing
  • nutrition

Includes specialized Teen Workshops.
These workshops create a safe space for discussion on social media, balance, stress management, self esteem, becoming an ally and more.

ALL STAR

$585 + GST
18 S&C SESSIONS

Access to UNLIMITED workshops including:

  • yoga
  • kickboxing
  • nutrition
  • mental wellness
  • dance
Includes specialized Teen Workshops.
These workshops create a safe space for discussion on social media, balance, stress management, self esteem, becoming an ally and more.
