HIGH PERFORMANCE

 

DESIRE, PASSION & DRIVE

Available for grades 10 - 12.

As a high performing youth female athlete, you are on the path to accomplishing your athletic goals & you need a team to get you to the finish line. An interactive 12 week program centred around developing your athletic mind, body, & soul through sport performance small group sessions. High performance sessions are tailored to help you excel on and off the court, field, or ice. Look forward to flexible class scheduling and a wide variety of available athletic related workshops.

Fall Season runs from September 16th to December 12th.

ALL STAR

$685 + GST
